Typical frozen strawberries have a diameter of 15‑25 mm, while frozen raspberries range from 10‑15 mm, both featuring bright red or deep red colour respectively. Standard moisture content for frozen berries lies between 80‑85 %, and they are commonly stored at - 18 °C to preserve flavour and nutritional value for up to twelve months. Bulk shipments are usually packed in freezer‑grade bags or cartons, each weighing 20 kg, and then palletised for transport. European Union regulations often require Brix, microbial and pesticide residue testing for frozen fruit imports.

Potential buyers include food processors, retail chains and export distributors who need consistent quality and reliable supply. Because the listing specifies a full‑truck minimum, interested importers should confirm the exact truck capacity and associated freight terms. Buyers are advised to request the supplier’s organic certification, phytosanitary certificate and a detailed quality‑test report before finalising any order.
