Acacia Wood Wall Shelf
Sourcing Acacia Wood Wall Shelf from Ssr Vina Co., Ltd - Viet Nam Import Guide
Before placing an order, verify the exact dimensions, wood type and finish of the shelves, as these can impact both aesthetics and functionality. Request samples to check the colour consistency, grain pattern and structural integrity. Confirm whether the supplier can accommodate custom designs or additional finishes, such as stains or protective coatings.
Logistics arrangements should include clarifying the packaging type, as export-standard packing ensures protection during transit. Incoterms such as FOB or CIF will determine the point at which responsibility for the goods transfers to the buyer. Payment terms, typically TT or L/C, should be agreed upon in advance, along with the expected lead time of 25-35 days after payment confirmation.
Quality checks should focus on the flatness, squareness and absence of defects like cracks or knots in the wood. Request documentation such as a certificate of origin, packing list and commercial invoice to facilitate customs clearance. For finger joint wood, ensure the joints are tightly bonded and free of gaps, as these can affect the shelf’s load-bearing capacity.
