Import Frp Filter Sets — Buy in wholesale FOB from Supplier in China

The FRP Filter Sets offered by Chang Zhou I-Deal Imp & Exp Co., Ltd consist of two or more FRP Filter Housings connected in parallel, each housing containing a single 40" PALL bag cartridge. Every housing is capable of processing 30 T/h, so a three‑unit arrangement delivers a combined capacity of 90 T/h. All housings and internal accessories are fabricated from Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) and finished with sheet moulding compound (SMC), providing a non‑corrosive shell that tolerates high pressure and temperature conditions.

FRP is a standard material for modular filtration equipment because it combines chemical resistance with a relatively low weight. The SMC finish creates a smooth, environmentally friendly surface that can be coloured to match client requirements. Tool‑less cartridge replacement is achieved through a built‑in positioning mechanism, allowing rapid maintenance without additional tools, which aligns with typical industry practice for large‑scale water and chemical treatment plants.

These filter sets are aimed at industrial water‑treatment facilities, chemical processing plants and large‑scale food‑processing operations where continuous high‑volume filtration is required. Procurement teams usually request bulk quantities and will negotiate Incoterms such as FOB Changzhou or CIF Shanghai; exact MOQ and lead‑time are not disclosed in the listing and should be confirmed with the supplier. The harbour‑tier verification signals a basic level of platform confidence, but buyers are advised to obtain detailed product drawings and material certifications before finalising any purchase.

Chang Zhou I-Deal Imp & Exp Co., Ltd operates from Hu Tang Town, Wu Jin, Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, postal code 213000. The company carries a harbour‑tier trust classification, indicating that it meets the platform’s fundamental verification standards. No response rate or average reply time is published, so direct communication channels should be established early in the sourcing process.

The business focuses on the production and export of FRP filtration solutions, ranging from single housings to modular filter sets that can be paralleled for increased throughput. All items are manufactured on‑site with SMC finishing, and the product line is positioned for applications requiring corrosion‑resistant, high‑temperature capable equipment. The supplier’s public profile does not provide further corporate history, staffing levels or client references.
