Coconut Charcoal Hexagon BBQ Platinum Quality
Sourcing Coconut Charcoal Hexagon BBQ Platinum Quality from PT. Trijaya Makmur Bersama - Indonesia Import Guide
Before placing an order, importers should obtain the supplier’s test reports confirming ash, fixed carbon and calorific values, and request copies of any relevant quality certificates. It is prudent to ask for a sample batch to run an ash analysis and a calorimetric test, ensuring the product meets the listed specifications. Clarify that the supplier can provide a detailed data sheet covering dimensions, moisture limits and burning time.
Logistics arrangements need to specify whether the transaction will be executed on FOB Surabaya or CIF Jakarta, as the supplier can accommodate both options. Buyers should agree on the production lead time and request a shipping schedule that details container loading for the 10 kg bags. Payment terms are not disclosed, so negotiate a secure method such as a documentary letter of credit to protect both parties.
Upon receipt, a third‑party inspection agency should verify bag seals, check for moisture ingress and perform an ash content test in line with ASTM D2867. A random sample should also be subjected to a bomb calorimeter test to confirm the calorific value and a carbon analysis to validate the fixed carbon level. Retaining these inspection reports will aid customs clearance and assure downstream quality for the end‑use applications.
