About Us- We are a diversified business entity based in Harare Zimbabwe. Our main business interests are manufacturing and trading in animal feeds, agro commodities, feed ingredients and raw materials, fashion, clothing and textiles, catering and beauty products. With a combined experience of our founders of 25 years in and out of Zimbabwe we have developed deep skills to understand the needs of the customers in the relevant markets in a unique way as well as hands on operational experience of core operational functions from sourcing, warehousing and logistics, quality assurance, production management, engineering, human resources, managing large teams, poultry breeding, dairy management, aquaculture (both catfish and tilapia) and advanced computer aided feed formulation, sales, marketing and distribution, not least to say accounting and financial management. Our Story- Mr Tichaona Revesai is the board chairman and has 20 years experience working in the feed and poultry industry in various African countries at different levels. He started his career as a Sales Manager at Windmill Pvt Ltd and spearheaded the growth of the Animal Feeds Division from a very small section to the leading cash cow producing 10 tonnes per hour. He rose through the ranks to become the Head of the Animal Feeds Division. After 9 years he joined Lake Harvest as a Head of Feeds formulating and manufacturing floating Tilapia fish feed for a period of 1 and half years. Then he worked in Tanzania as head of Feeds of Kuku Poa an integrated poultry farm for 2 years. After which he worked for Davipel Holdings, as a Production Manager running a large maize mill factory and poultry feed mill factory for 1 year. From there he had a brief stint as General Manager of Central Poultry Feeds in Malawi, following which he joined Bidco Animal Feeds Kenya as its Managing Director, where he managed to turnaround the company from loss of 200000 per month to profit of 50000 per month in a short space of time. He also produced the best performing dairy feeds in Kenya. Currently he is working as a Feed Mill Director for CHI Farms in Nigeria (from 2022 to date), the largest poultry breeding company where he has produced the best performing feeds in the history of the company. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Animal Science from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (Malawi) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc Honours) Animal Nutrition from the University of Zimbabwe.
