DESCRIPTION Baisheng Lactic Acid is a L (+) lactic acid by natural fermentation from corn starch. It is a clear, syrupy and hygroscopic liquid. It is colorless, heat stable and has a mild acid taste. Its coloration does not exceed 20APHA after being heated for two hours at 200¡æ/392¡§H. It is widely used as an acidulant for preservation and flavor enhancement in various food applications.
