Elephant figurines
Sourcing Elephant Figurines from Kingsun Arts & Gifts Co., Ltd - China Import Guide
Before ordering, confirm the exact material composition and request a material safety data sheet. Verify that the figurines are free from lead, cadmium, and phthalates, especially if sold in the EU, US, or Canada. Ask for a sample to inspect surface finish, weight, and dimensional accuracy. Do not accept claims of 'eco-friendly' without third-party certification or test reports.
Lead time and MOQ are not stated and must be confirmed. Typical production lead time for resin figurines is 30-45 days after mold approval. Incoterms are likely FOB Xiamen or CIF port of destination. Payment terms are often 30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L. Request a sample shipment to verify packaging and labeling compliance with your country’s import rules.
Inspect each shipment for surface flaws, color variation, and dimensional consistency. Sample at least 5% of cartons and check for chipping, mold lines, or paint defects. Retain samples for 60 days. Request a certificate of conformity for each batch. Ensure packaging includes product name, origin, and safety warnings if required. Documentation must comply with your country’s toy or decorative item import regulations.
