Cartoon speaker
Sourcing Cartoon Speaker from Shenzhen Jovewell Electronic Appliance Co., Ltd. - China Import Guide
Before placing an order, verify the Bluetooth version, battery capacity, and audio specifications to ensure the speaker meets your performance expectations. Request test reports for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and safety certifications like CE or FCC to confirm compliance with international standards.
Logistics details to confirm include packaging (individual retail boxes or bulk cartons), dimensions and weight for shipping cost calculations, and the port of loading in Shenzhen. Lead times for electronic products like this typically range from 20 to 30 days after order confirmation, depending on MOQ. Clarify Incoterms such as FOB Shenzhen or CIF to your destination port, and agree on payment terms, which often include a 30% TT deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
Quality checks should include functional testing for Bluetooth pairing, battery life, and audio output at various volumes. For bulk orders, conduct a pre-shipment inspection to verify packaging integrity, labeling compliance, and accessory inclusion (e.g., charging cables, user manuals). Request a copy of the supplier’s quality control process and any third-party inspection reports to ensure consistency across batches.
