Brocade Handmade Pillow Cover
Sourcing Brocade Handmade Pillow Cover from Ongift Vietnam Jsc., Co - Viet Nam Import Guide
Before placing an order, verify the supplier’s ability to meet your exact specifications, including custom colours, icons, and sizes. Request samples to assess the fabric quality, thread count, and brocade detail firsthand. Confirm whether the supplier can provide certifications for material composition, such as proof of 100% cotton milk yarn, to ensure compliance with your market standards.
Discuss logistics details, including lead times for made-to-order production, which can vary based on customisation complexity. Clarify packaging options, as bulk shipments may require specific handling to preserve the brocade patterns. Agree on Incoterms, such as FOB or CIF, and payment terms to align with your import processes. Ongift Vietnam Jsc., Co is based in Hanoi, so factor in Vietnam’s port procedures and shipping routes.
Inspect the first batch for consistency in weaving, color fastness, and dimensional accuracy. Request a shrinkage test report to confirm the fabric behaves as expected after washing. Ensure all documentation, including certificates of origin and material composition, is provided to facilitate customs clearance. For long-term contracts, consider scheduling periodic quality audits to maintain standards across deliveries.
