Product description SR NMRV series worm gear reducer is made by Starred-River with European technology.Its structure,outline ans installation dimensions as well as performance are same with that of European products,which they are interchangeable,and the material and machining process are advanced internationally.    Technical Parameters:  Power: 0.12 kw-7.5 kw  Angular moment: 2.6M2 N.m-1070M2 N.m  Transmission rate: 7.5-100 2.Composition: NMRV Worm Gear Reducer is mainly composed of worm wheel, worm wheel box, ball bearing, input shaft and output shaft, motor continuous disc, worm, output shaft cover, end cover, etc. Other small accessories include oil seal, oil bolt, buckle ring, sealed oil seal, O-ring, hexagonal socket head screw, double round key, kraft paper gasket, etc. 3.Material description -Housing: Aluminum alloy (base: 025-090), cast iron (110-150); -Worm: 20CrMnTi/40Cr, carbonitriding treatment (grinding to maintain the hardness HRC60, hard layer thickness > 0.5mm); -Worm wheel: special wear-resistant aluminum bronze. -Painting: Aluminum alloy (base: 025-090) 4.Gear Ratio and Center Distance -Standard gear ratio: 5, 7.5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 80, 100. -Center distance values: 25, 30, 40, 50, 63, 75, 90, 110, 130, 150.
