The composite material consists of at least 90% crushed marble and CaCO3 powder (315 mesh), with 6 to 9% resin as the binding agent, alongside solidifying agents, accelerators, and toners. This formulation ensures a dense, uniform structure suitable for both indoor and outdoor decorative applications. The production process includes vacuum mixing and vibration shaping in a mould, which eliminates air pockets and enhances the material’s strength and finish.
