Geodesic Dome Event Tent

The Geodesic Dome Event Tent offered by Guangzhou Event Tent Co., Ltd. is a modular structure with a diameter selectable between 4 m (13 ft) and 60 m (197 ft). Its main frame is fabricated from hard‑pressed extruded aluminium alloy T6061/T6, a rust‑less material that provides a high strength‑to‑weight ratio. The roof is covered with a block‑out white PVC sheet weighing 850 g / m², while the side walls use a translucent white PVC fabric of 650 g / m², both double‑coated polyester bases. The dome incorporates a galvanized‑steel wind‑load capacity of up to 100 km/h and can sustain snow loads of 75 kg / m², operating safely from - 30 °C to +70 °C.

The aluminium alloy T6061/T6 conforms to aerospace‑grade standards, offering typical tensile strength around 310 MPa, which is standard for large‑span temporary structures. The double‑coated PVC fabrics are UV‑resistant, waterproof and fire‑retardant to DIN 4102 B1/M2 specifications, matching common safety requirements for public events. Typical geodesic dome designs use a 20‑node configuration to distribute loads evenly, a practice reflected in this series though the exact node count is supplier‑specific. Standard accessories include optional side‑wall colour variants and a clear PVC option that provides full visual transparency, a feature often requested for weddings and exhibitions.

These domes are suited for hotels, gardens, weddings, corporate exhibitions and large‑scale festivals where rapid deployment and aesthetic impact are priorities. Importers should confirm the minimum order quantity, exact pricing, and lead‑time directly with the supplier, as these details are not listed in the catalogue. The lightweight aluminium frame and foldable PVC panels allow compact transport in standard shipping containers, reducing freight costs. Payment terms, Incoterms and certification documents such as CE or ISO should be verified before contract signing to ensure compliance with local regulations.
