Epp Tubular Big Bag With Discharge Spout

The Epp Tubular Big Bag with Discharge Spout is a bulk handling container constructed from 100 % virgin polypropylene, featuring a tubular shape measuring 90 cm × 90 cm × 120 cm as per the buyer’s request. The bag incorporates a top opening and a bottom discharge spout with a diameter of approximately 45 cm × 50 cm, enabling efficient loading and emptying of granular or powdered materials. Reinforced loops of 70 mm width and 300 mm height are positioned at the corners to facilitate lifting, with four cross‑corner or side‑seam loops provided.

Typical industrial bags of this type use fabric weights of 170‑200 g/m² and denier values between 1450 D and 1600 D, which deliver the tensile strength required for heavy loads; the listed weaving density of 14 × 14 to 16 × 16 is standard for high‑strength PP bags. A safety factor of 5 : 1 to 6 : 1 is commonly applied to ensure the bag can handle loads well above its rated working load of 1000‑2000 kg. Standard features include anti‑static treatment, UV stabilisation and moisture‑proof coating, all typical for bags intended for construction aggregates, fertilizers and chemicals.

These bags are used by manufacturers, exporters and bulk distributors handling materials such as cement, sand, grains, fertilizers and mineral ores. The supplier packages the bags on pallets sized 100 cm × 100 cm × 1200 cm, with either 100 bags per pallet or 200 bags per bale, and the total bag weight is listed as 1.8 kg. Trade terms note payment by T/T or L/C, but the listing does not disclose MOQ, lead time or specific Incoterms, so buyers should confirm these details directly with Epp Viet Nam Company Limited.
