Canvas Bell Tent CAET01
Sourcing Canvas Bell Tent CAET01 from Beijing Playdo Outdoor Products Co.,Ltd - China Import Guide
Before ordering, verify the tent’s flame-retardant certification if intended for public events, as this is not listed. Request test reports for waterproofing (1500mm rating) and UV resistance, which are critical for long-term outdoor use. Confirm whether the cotton canvas meets industry standards for breathability and durability.
Discuss logistics for shipping a 4x6m tent, including packaging dimensions and weight, as these affect freight costs. Clarify lead time, as bell tents often require custom manufacturing. Agree on Incoterms (e.g., FOB Beijing) and payment terms (e.g., TT or LC) to avoid delays at port.
Inspect the tent upon arrival for seam quality, pole strength, and fabric uniformity. Check the PU coating for even application, as this impacts waterproofing. Request a third-party inspection if sourcing large quantities, and ensure the supplier provides a warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
