FAL aluminum honeycomb panel is a new kind of aluminum composite panel and we adopt advanced continuous high-temperature compounding technology instead of traditional handmade producing method to produce this product. The surface of the FAL aluminum honeycomb panel is made of aluminum alloy sheets roller coated with PVDF while in the middle is an aluminum honeycomb which meets the international standards. The structural honeycomb core provides strength and consistent rigidity at a very low density; when bonded to similarly lightweight facings. Every honeycomb cell wall acts like the web of an I-Beam, forming an extremely strong and rigid lightweight composite panel. It is all made of aluminum which makes it extremely light in weight and environmentally friendly. And it is an ideal material for a most of applications in architecture, transport, display or industrial production.
