Body and flange are castings from AlSi alloy. Steel hinge with eyes o 18 mm is fixed on the upper part of the body. Connecting area (increased safety „e“), with connecting clamps and 2 cable glands HSK-K-Ex M25x1.5 for cables o 9 – 16 mm (HSK-M-Ex for cables 10 – 16 mm for versions F), is placed on the side of the body. This area is covered with cover and sealed with silicon. Steel basic plate with electric parts and reflector is fixed in the body. Flange with protective glass is screwed into the body and secured with securing screw against unlocking; the thread creates a rift of flameproof enclosure „d“. Protective cover from hardened glass is resistant against mechanical shock min. 7 J and is fi xed in fl ange; the connection is filled with a putty (polyurethane glue). Steel mobile hinge is fixed on the flange and enables to hang up the flange under body during mounting or exchanging light source. AlSi parts of luminaire are treated with polyester powder paint; steel parts are galvanized and chromated. Max. section of connecting conductors 4 mm2. Three-pole connecting terminal block enables interchanging 2 phases (4-core cable). Luminaire is equipped with 2 inner and 1 outer earthing clamps. Luminaire is designed as through-way one. When it is used as the end piece, there is necessary to replace one cable gland with blind screw V-Ex or to blind one unused gland with blind plug HSK-V-Ex (versions F: one cable gland must be replaced with blinding screw V-Ms-VMQ-Ex). Blinding parts are not attached - delivered optionally on order only. Versions K are equipped with protective guard from steel wire. All types can be equipped with lampshade (optionally on order only). Packing carton is filled with polyurethane foam Instapak luminous sources: HWL 500W E40, SPC A T CL 250W E40, HQL 250W E40, NAV-E350 350W E40 and other. NOTE !
