DESCRIPTION a premium cement based finish skimcoat which contains selected filler, additive and polymer used for smooth finishing to uneven concrete wall & ceiling. After dry STARCOAT CN have a excellent adhesion to the substrate, better impact resistant, no powdery, no cracks, smooth and ready to be painted with water based wall paint. Easy to use, good workability and have a long pot life and correction time even at the outdoor applications. USES IN APPLICATIONS 1. Cement Based Wall Plaster. 2. Concrete Wall, Column & Ceiling 3. Precast Concrete & Concrete profile 4. Internal & External. ADVANTAGE * Light, good workability and sanding properties. * No cracks and hair cracks. (depends on background) * Smooth surface, solid and no powdery. * Can be painted or finished with wallpaper directly after dry in minimum 24 hours * without using PVA putty to leveling up & filling uneven rough surface. PRODUCT SPESIFICATIONS 1. Main Binder : Portland Cement & Polymer 2. Filler : Limestone 3. Color : GREY and WHITE. 4. Mixing Ratio : 7 - 8 litres of water per 25 Kg bags. or 28 - 32 % water demands. 5. Coverage : 1.25-1.3 Kg/m2/mm or 19m2/25 Kg/mm thickness average 7.5m2/25Kg for 2-3mm thickness 6. Thickness : 2mm thickness/coat 4mm for 2 coats and 6mm for 3 coats. 7. Pot Life : approx. 60 minutes SURFACE PREPARATION * The substrate must be clean and free from grease and loose particles. Recesses should be pre-patched and levelled where appropriate. * Porous and absorbent substrates must be pre-wetted prior to application of Starcoat CN finish coat.
