Hydraulic Cartridge Valves German Quality

Patrick and I know each other at the PTC exhibition in Shanghai. He has worked in HAENCHEN hydraulic equipment company in Germany for a long time. The first thing he said when he saw me was that â??I was attracted by the slogan "Hydraulic valve manufacturer of the world's top 500 companies" on your AAK boothâ??. We talked about the hydraulic threaded cartridge valves for more than half an hour, especially introduced the difference of AAK hydraulic threaded cartridge valves on the specific details. He was surprised that the details of AAK had caught up with his local hydraulic valve manufacturers in Germany. Shortly after the exhibition, Patrick emailed us a hydraulic threaded cartridge valve with high parameter requirements. In particular, the durability of the hydraulic threaded cartridge valve should be more than 2 million times. All quality details should be compared with their local suppliers in Germany. The drawings attached to the email indicate the detailed data and working condition requirements. AAK is required to send 12 hydraulic threaded cartridge valve samples within 4 weeks. After analysis and comparison, AAK engineers found that this hydraulic threaded cartridge valve is not only durable for more than 2 million times, but also has high accuracy requirements. In particular, the internal leakage requirement of hydraulic threaded cartridge valve is 2drops / min, which is 60% higher than the international general standard. Although the requirements are high, we are still confident. 4 weeks later, AAK sent 12 hydraulic threaded cartridge valve samples. A month after the hydraulic threaded cartridge valve samples were sent, Patrick emailed that AAK did make him realize that it was different from other hydraulic valve manufacturers. At that time, he emailed to 4 Chinese hydraulic threaded cartridge valve manufacturers and a local manufacturer in Germany. Two of the 4 Chinese hydraulic valve manufacturers gave up directly. Only AAK and another hydraulic thread cartridge valve manufacturer confirmed to make samples. They tested and compared the sample parameters of the three factories. AAK's accuracy and durability are not only much higher than those of its Chinese counterparts, but also benchmarked with their local manufacturer in Germany. Although the quotation of AAK hydraulic threaded cartridge valve is much higher than that of its Chinese counterparts, it still has advantages over the hydraulic threaded cartridge valve purchased locally in Germany. Purchasing from AAK is the best embodiment of cost performance. AAK hydraulic threaded cartridge valve has three absolute advantages and has already surpassed its domestic counterparts.

1. AAK has a high-precision CNC machining center imported from Switzerland and various independent fixtures upgraded and refitted by itself, which eliminates human errors and ensures the first step of accuracy.
