Cotton Mattress Protector

Zen Linen International Pvt. Ltd. offers a cotton mattress protector that combines a GOTS‑certified 300 TC cotton top fabric with a TPU‑laminated backing. The product features a quilted construction filled with GOTS‑certified cotton batting, providing a soft cushioning layer beneath the protective barrier. An elastic skirt or edge bands secure the protector to the mattress, while the TPU layer creates a waterproof shield against spills and dirt. The supplier highlights the use of organic‑purity cotton throughout the item.

In the bedding industry, a 300 gsm cotton fabric is typical for protective covers, offering a balance of softness and durability. The TPU laminate is usually around 0.3 mm thick, delivering water resistance that meets the IPX4 standard for light moisture exposure. Quilted protectors are commonly fitted with elastic skirts that stretch 10‑15 % beyond the mattress dimensions to ensure a snug fit across standard sizes. These typical specifications help maintain the mattress’s lifespan while providing a breathable, hygienic surface.

The protector is aimed at hotels, serviced apartments, hospitals and private households that require an extra layer of protection for their mattresses. Buyers can request the protector in standard twin, queen or king sizes, and the supplier can confirm custom dimensions if needed. Shipping is generally organised in sealed polyethylene bags, with Incoterms and payment conditions to be negotiated per order. Interested importers should contact the supplier for a detailed quotation, MOQ and lead‑time information.
