Blue Tiger Eye Slab & Surface
Sourcing Blue Tiger Eye Slab & Surface from GPS Granites LLP - India Import Guide
Before placing an order with GPS Granites LLP, verify the exact slab dimensions, thickness, and finish options to ensure they align with your project requirements. Request samples to assess the colour variation and quality firsthand, as natural stone can exhibit significant differences between batches. Confirm whether the supplier provides third-party inspection reports for the material’s compliance with ASTM standards.
Discuss logistics details such as lead times, which can vary based on custom sizing and finish requirements. Clarify the Incoterms offered, as these will determine responsibilities for shipping, insurance, and import duties. GPS Granites LLP may provide FOB or CIF terms, but buyers should confirm port of loading and any additional fees. Payment terms, such as advance deposits or letters of credit, should also be agreed upon in advance.
Quality checks should include visual inspection for colour consistency, structural integrity, and surface defects. Request documentation such as material test reports and certificates of origin to ensure compliance with international standards. For large orders, consider arranging a pre-shipment inspection by a trusted third party to verify the slab’s condition and specifications before dispatch.
