Amine Cured Gre Pipe

Amine Cured Gre Pipe from China Hovoy is a glassfibre reinforced epoxy pipe engineered for industrial environments where chemical resistance and structural integrity are critical. The pipe is designed to handle aggressive media in oil and gas, chemical processing, and construction applications, offering a lightweight alternative to metallic piping without sacrificing strength. The amine curing process enhances its thermal stability and long-term durability in corrosive conditions.

The pipe is manufactured from glassfibre reinforced epoxy resin, a composite material known for its high tensile strength and resistance to a broad spectrum of chemicals, including acids, alkalis, and solvents. Typical industry standards for GRE pipes include a smooth inner surface to minimise pressure drop, with wall thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 25 mm depending on pressure ratings. Standard lengths are often 6 metres or 12 metres, though custom lengths can be produced to project specifications.

Procurement managers and engineers source this pipe for use in offshore platforms, desalination plants, and wastewater treatment facilities where corrosion resistance and low maintenance are priorities. The product is typically supplied in full-length sections with flanged or socket ends for easy installation. Buyers should confirm pressure ratings, diameter tolerances, and certification status such as ISO 14692 for GRE piping systems before ordering.

China Hovoy operates from Tianjin, a major industrial hub in northern China, specialising in the supply of pipes and fittings for demanding sectors such as oil and gas and chemical processing. The supplier’s address places it in a logistically advantageous location for both domestic distribution and international export, with access to Tianjin Port for efficient shipping.

The supplier profile indicates a harbor trust tier, but currently shows no recorded response rate or average response time. Buyers are advised to verify communication channels and confirm technical specifications directly with the supplier before proceeding. The listing does not state certifications, so purchasers should request copies of ISO 14692 or other relevant standards for GRE piping systems.
