Air Dosing Preset Metering Grease Pump

Shenzhen Yaojienterprise Co.,ltd, located on Jinxiu Middle Road in Shenzhen's Pingshan District, manufactures an air-operated grease dosing pump designed to eliminate manual over- or under-greasing of bearings. The system uses timed dosing to deliver preset grease quantities across three configurable ranges: 1-10 g, 1-30 g, and 10-150 g per cycle. Repetition accuracy is rated at ±5%, a figure buyers should validate against their required tolerance bands for critical bearing applications.

The pump addresses a common maintenance failure mode: bearing life reduction and machine breakdown caused by inconsistent manual lubrication. The timed dosing system replaces subjective grease gun operation with controlled, repeatable delivery. Typical industrial grease types include lithium complex, calcium sulfonate, and polyurea thickeners with NLGI grades from 00 to 3; compatibility with the pump's metering chamber, follower plate, and pressure relief valve should be confirmed. Air-operated drive typically requires 0.4-0.7 MPa supply pressure, with standard pneumatic filtration and lubrication.

Applications include large-volume grease infusion for industrial bearings, wind turbine main bearings, mining equipment, and heavy machinery where manual lubrication is impractical or imprecise. The supplier notes the design is adaptable for high-volume grease delivery where extreme precision is secondary to consistent, adequate lubrication. Buyers should confirm grease compatibility, reservoir capacity, air consumption per cycle, and whether the timer is pneumatic, electronic, or PLC-integrated. Hose length, fitting types, and integration with existing centralised lubrication systems also require technical discussion with the supplier.

Shenzhen Yaojienterprise Co.,ltd is located at 9 Jinxiu Middle Road, Pingshan District, Shenzhen 51811-8, in Guangdong Province, China. The company holds harbor-tier trust status, with a response rate of 0.00% and average response time of 0 hours recorded at time of listing. These metrics suggest limited platform engagement data, and buyers should initiate direct contact to assess responsiveness and technical support capability.

The supplier's product description focuses on solving bearing lubrication inconsistency through preset metering technology. No establishment year, production floor area, workforce size, revenue figures, client references, or additional certification details are provided in the source material. The company operates from Shenzhen, a major Chinese manufacturing and export hub with established logistics infrastructure. Importers should conduct due diligence on factory capabilities, quality control processes, and after-sales support before committing to volume orders.
