The following commodity is available under the state terms and condition herein:- Commodity: Lithium Concentrate Analysis: offering grade 3, grade 4, grade 5, grade 6, grade 7 and grade 8 here are current prices (august 3, 2023) and subject to change Quantity: 5,000 MT Trial: 500 MT (although 1st order can be one 20 ft container (about 20 mt). Country of origin: Ethiopia Loading Port Djibouti Price USD $1650 (Grade 3), $1750 (grade 4), $1850 (grade 5), $2250 (grade 6), $2550 (grade 7) grade 8 (2850) Per MT FOB DJIBOUTI PORT. Payment Term: - 100% Confirmed Irrevocable LC Payment Condition: - 100% Confirmed Irrevocable LC up on delivery to Djibouti Port after inspection. Delivery: The Seller shall arrange the goods for shipment after the LC received within 20 natural days and confirm with the buyer of the preparations of shipment. The buyer will arrange booking and payment of the inspection costs to facilitate shipment of goods. PROCEDURES FOR Lithium ORE SHIPMENT

1. Seller sends FCO to the buyer.

2. Buyer and seller sign this FCO.

3. The parties sign the contract after reviewing.

4. The seller�¢??s shipment agents complete the shipment as per terms And conditions on the contract agreement

5. Payment will be effected by 100% confirmed irrevocable LC up on delivery to port after inspection at Loading Port

6. Next lot follows by the same procedure

7. This offer is valid for 15 days from the date of the FCO.

8. The base price FOB shall be increased as per price reference on the contract agreement.

9. If the content of the Lithium Ore is below 3% the buyer has the right to reject the load of marking agreement between the parties and negotiate and if the content is above 4% the payment will be settled by the price index attached on the contract agreement pictures and lab analysis reports available upon request.
