Keep the packaged content clean and free from any foreign matter or finger mark before packaging 3.Keep a dry environment and the operators shall wear gloves at packaging 4.The product shall be treated with anti-corrosion process after the completion of production; and the product temperature shall not higher than 50íµ before packaging 5.For VCI packaging, the most important proceeding is closed packaging; the tightness shall not less than 95% 6.The space between VCI packaging film and packaged content shall not exceed 25cm 7.The corrosion inhibiting package shall be applied. If the size or interior and exterior superficial area of content is too large or the environment is too wet during packaging, the assistant corrosion inhibiting additives, such as VCI powder, corrosion inhibiting drier, etc., shall be used inside the package. (Generally 1m space requires about 100g VCI powder.).
