This improves drying efficiency and reduces energy consumption while maintaining a steady drying effect. 4.Compact in size for ease of movement. 5.Microprocessor is standard equipment, ensures convenient operation. 6.All models are standard equipped with ORD-H Dehumidifier, OTD Dehumidifier is optional. FUNCTIONAL SCHEME The sealed honeycomb rotor is divided into dehumidifying, regenerative and cooling zones in the rotary dehumidifier. Damp and hot air from dry material hopper is blown into rotor after cooled. Moisture from the air is absorbed by rotor and is then absorbed by regeneration heating air. Two strands of airflow function on the rotor. And with the rotation of the rotor, moisture from the air is absorbed and expelled after absorbed regeneration air to form stable low dew-point air, which is dries to the drying temperature and then is blown into drying hopper to closed circle to dry material.
