Garden Benches
Sourcing Garden Benches from Plaza Marble Mines - India Import Guide
Before placing an order, verify the granite grade and quarry source from Plaza Marble Mines, as these determine the bench’s colour consistency and structural properties. Request samples or images of previous installations to assess the quality of the stone and craftsmanship. Confirm whether the granite has been treated with a sealant to enhance weather resistance.
Discuss logistics details, including Incoterms and shipping arrangements. Plaza Marble Mines is based in Makrana, Rajasthan, so confirm if they can deliver to your port or if you need to arrange freight. Clarify payment terms; natural stone orders often require a 30-50% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. Request a detailed quote including packaging, insurance, and any applicable duties.
Inspect the benches upon delivery for cracks, inconsistencies in finish, or misaligned components. Check that all parts, including armrests and backrests, are included and securely attached. For bulk orders, consider a pre-shipment inspection in India to verify dimensions, finish quality, and structural integrity. Request a certificate of origin and material test reports to ensure compliance with your standards.
