Process to order with us. 1) Product availability confirmation. 2) Rate finalization. 3) Contract terms finalization. 4) Issuing of LC or Advance as negotiated. 5) Loading to be started within 7 days as per availability of Vessel to required destination. 6) Sharing of SGS survey receipts on day of loading and actual report in 5 working days. 7) Handing over BL as per terms.
