Continuous Lubrication: This type of crushers are supplied with high capacity external mounted lubrication unit, composed of oil-tank, oil filtering system, high oil temperature shut-down, low oil flow shut-downs and oil flow gauge, which is designed to supply continuous and stable oil, by forced lubrication to the Cone Crusher, for smooth rotation and operation.  Cone Crushers are configured with many safety features. The lubricating unit is interlocked with the main motor, in order to provide additional safety, which includes oil filtration and automatic shut-down in the event of high oil temperature, as well as low oil flow. Crushers are configured with Spring-Loaded release system, which allows any inscrutable material to pass through the crusher, without causing damage to the crusher. The locking system (manual or hydraulic), will easily secure the crushing clearance. All models are configured with proven spring-type mechanism, in order to recover Tramp-Iron and provide protection to the unit.
