MH-I Chrome-Free Lignosulfonate
MH-I chrome-free lignosulfonate is a thinner used in drilling fluid and fluid loss control agent. It is characterized by resistance to high temperature and electrolyte, no poison and being used with other admixture agent etc. It is mainly suitable to the all kinds of dispersed muds. A . Characteristics 1.With excellent thinning performance and filtration control capacity , the mud performance of fresh water is better than salt water mud.
2. Anti-high temperature can reach 150 , , it can cooperate with other admixture agent.
3. It's a security product, non toxic, non corrosive, non flammable and explosive materials. It`s safe to use and causes no pollution to the environment. B . Application: 1.Mh-i chrome-free thinner can be added into drilling fluids either in the form of solution or powder. After that, the ph of drilling fluids will decrease a little, so sodium hydroxide should be added to keep ph between 10.0~10.5. 2.As a thinner , the recommended dosage is 1.0%(w/v) in fresh water mud , 1.5%(w/v) in salt water mud
