服务条款
1. 接受条款
通过访问或使用 EximNext 平台（"平台"），即表示您同意受本服务条款（"条款"）的约束。若您不同意本条款，则不得使用本平台。本条款适用于所有用户，包括买家、供应商及访客。
EximNext 由 EximNext 运营（"公司"、"我们"、"我方"）。我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。您在我们通知变更后继续使用平台即视为接受修改后的条款。
2. 使用资格
您必须年满18周岁并具备订立合同的法律行为能力，方可使用本平台。注册即表示您声明并保证您符合上述要求，且您所提供的全部信息真实、完整。
企业注册须由该企业授权代表进行。您需对在您账户下发生的一切活动承担责任。
3. 平台服务
EximNext 提供全球范围内连接工业与商业品类买卖双方的B2B贸易平台。我们的服务包括：
•产品与供应商的信息发布与发现•买家需求发布（RFQ系统）•消息与询盘管理•信任评分与认证体系•第三方托管支付服务•贸易资源与市场情报
EximNext 作为平台中介存在，不是买家与供应商之间任何交易的当事方。我们不制造、不销售，也不对平台上列出的任何商品享有所有权。
4. 用户账户与认证
每位用户仅可注册一个账户。创建多个账户的行为被禁止，可能导致所有关联账户被永久停用。
提交用于 KYC 或企业认证的文件必须真实且未经篡改。提交欺诈文件将构成立即终止账户的理由，并可能被上报有权机关。
您的信任评分依据您的活跃度、认证状态、响应表现与贸易历史计算，具体规则见我们的信任评分文档。EximNext 保留基于反欺诈核查结果调整评分的权利。
5. 禁止行为
您同意不使用本平台从事以下活动：
•发布虚假、误导或欺诈性的产品信息或公司信息•在平台之外索要付款以规避第三方托管保护•伪造评价、操纵信任评分或从事任何欺骗性行为•通过自动化手段抓取、爬取或提取平台数据•传播垃圾信息、钓鱼内容或恶意代码•冒充任何个人或实体•从事任何违反适用法律法规的行为
EximNext 部署有主动反欺诈检测系统。违反规定可能导致立即停用账户、资金没收，并可能引发法律追究。
6. 支付与第三方托管
EximNext 为买卖双方之间的交易提供可选的第三方托管（Escrow）服务。使用托管时，资金由 EximNext 的支付处理方持有，直到双方确认约定条款已履行。
托管手续费（交易金额的1–2%）在交易发起后不予退还。托管交易引发的争议由 EximNext 争议解决团队审查，其决定为最终决定。
EximNext 对任何在托管系统外进行的付款不承担责任。用户绕过托管系统进行交易须自行承担全部风险。
7. 知识产权
EximNext 平台上的全部内容——包括但不限于 EximNext 品牌、标识、设计体系、贸易中心文章、HS 编码数据汇编及国家贸易数据——均为 EximNext 的知识产权，受适用的著作权与商标法保护。
用户提交的内容（产品信息、公司资料、评价）其知识产权仍归提交用户所有。提交即表示您授予 EximNext 非排他、全球性、免许可费的许可，用于在平台上展示、复制与传播该内容。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
EximNext 按"现状"提供本平台。对于贸易数据的准确性、供应商认证结果以及通过本平台促成的任何交易的履约情况，我们不作任何明示或默示的保证。
EximNext 对任何用户因使用平台而提出的任何索赔承担的全部责任，不超过该用户在索赔发生前十二个月内向 EximNext 支付的费用总额。
EximNext 对因使用本平台或通过本平台进行的任何交易所产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害不承担责任。
9. 账户终止
对于违反本条款、存在欺诈行为或由我们自行决定的其他原因，EximNext 保留随时暂停或终止任何账户的权利。
您可随时通过联系 [email protected] 终止您的账户。终止不影响终止前已产生的任何义务。
10. 适用法律
本条款受印度法律管辖。因本条款引起的任何争议均应由印度马哈拉施特拉邦孟买的法院专属管辖。
对于国际用户，此法律选择不影响您所在地法律赋予您的任何强制性消费者保护权利。
12. Refund Policy
Eximnext International offers the following refund terms for paid services (memberships, advertising, and lead credits) and for escrow-protected trade transactions facilitated through the Platform.
A. Membership and Advertising Plans:•Annual and multi-month membership plans (Armada, Alliance, Pinnacle, T-Classic, Global Seller) and paid advertising packages are eligible for refund within 7 (seven) days of payment, provided the seller has not yet used the unlocked features (uploaded paid-tier products, redeemed buy-lead credits, run a paid campaign).•After 7 days, or after features have been used, fees become non-refundable.•Pro-rated refunds are not offered for partial-month or partial-year cancellations.
B. Buy-Lead Credits and One-Time Purchases:•Unused buy-lead credits remain valid until their stated expiry. They are non-refundable once any credit has been redeemed against a buyer contact unlock.•One-time bookings (banner ads, featured listings) may be cancelled and refunded if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled go-live.
C. Escrow Transactions:•For escrow-protected B2B trade transactions, refunds are governed by the escrow milestone agreement between buyer and supplier and the dispute-resolution process described in Section 6.•Escrow service fees (1–2% of transaction value) are non-refundable once the transaction has been initiated.
D. Process and Timelines:•Refund requests must be raised via [email protected] from the email address registered on the account, with the original payment reference number.•Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment instrument (card, UPI, net-banking, wallet) within 5–10 business days.•For international cards or wallets, additional 3–7 business days may be required by the issuing bank.
E. Non-refundable Items:•Payment-gateway processing fees, taxes (GST), foreign-exchange conversion charges, and any third-party costs already incurred (verification, KYC, certification audit) are non-refundable in all cases.
F. Disputes:•If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to [email protected] within 14 days of the decision. Eximnext International’s dispute team will respond within 7 business days. Final decisions are at Eximnext International’s sole discretion subject to applicable law.
