However, it is not suitable for deep oil wells because the internal pressure and tension caused by the fluid column is likely to cause the pump barrel to expand, and enlarges plunger clearance.

Torque and rotate speed are transferred via the cardan shaft and the driving shaft to the bit. 3. Performance of the down-hole drill motor depends mainly on performance parameters of the screw motor. 4.This product uses the high and new technology of coating to avoid coating off of rotors resulted from the traditional technology. Its strength and life are greatly improved. 5.It is applicable to directional drilling,horizontal drilling, composite drilling, cluster wells, sidetrack wells and well workover etc. 3. Advantage of downhole motor Increased rate of penetration. Better hole deviation control. Reduction in drill string failure rate. Reduction in wear and tear of the swivel, Kelly, and rotary drives.
