Quarterly ReportPublished: April 2026 · Q1 ReportWe believe in radical transparency. Most companies only share their wins. We share everything — the numbers that make us proud, the problems we encountered, the features that are behind schedule, and the honest truth about where EximNext stands today.
This Transparency Report is published quarterly and covers every aspect of EximNext's operations — platform statistics, technical infrastructure, user satisfaction, product roadmap, financial model, and what went wrong along the way. We publish this because we believe that if we ask suppliers to be transparent and verified, we must hold ourselves to the same standard.
Every statistic in this report is accurate as of April 2026. We do not inflate numbers or cherry-pick metrics. If a number does not look impressive, it is because we report honestly.

What Went Wrong & How We Fixed It
We believe that sharing our mistakes is as important as sharing our successes. Here are the significant issues we encountered and how we resolved them.
IssueInitial page load times exceeded 4 seconds in some international markets.
FixMigrated frontend from Vite + React Router to Next.js App Router with server-side rendering. Deployed Cloudflare CDN for global edge delivery. Page load is now consistently under 2 seconds worldwide.
IssueSome supplier profiles had incomplete data from older trade records with missing fields.
FixImplemented Catalog Health scoring system that identifies incomplete profiles. Built Dead Listing Cleanup engine that flags stale profiles with no recent trade activity. Profiles below quality thresholds receive reduced visibility.
IssueEarly Trust Score calculations did not adequately weight business registration verification.
FixRebalanced Trust Score algorithm to give Business Registration 25% weight (up from 15%). Added direct integration with government GST and IEC verification databases. Scores recalculated across all profiles.
IssueInitial SEO implementation did not include structured data (JSON-LD schema) on product pages.
FixImplemented comprehensive JSON-LD schema markup across all page types — Product, Organization, FAQPage, Review, AggregateRating, and Article schemas. This significantly improved Google rich result eligibility.
Business Model Transparency
We believe users deserve to understand how a platform sustains itself financially — especially one that offers its core features for free. Here is our business model in plain language:
Current Phase (Growth):All core features are free. We are investing in building a quality user base, establishing data credibility, and growing organic search presence. This phase is funded by the company's own resources.
Planned Revenue Streams: Sponsored supplier listings (priority visibility in search results), premium RFQ placement, payment escrow service fees, and paid subscription plans (Pro and Enterprise) with advanced analytics, enhanced dashboards, priority support, and API access.
What Will Always Be Free: Basic supplier discovery, product search, Trust Score visibility, and RFQ posting will remain on a free tier. We believe that keeping core functionality accessible is essential for platform value and user trust.

We believe that if we deliver genuine value, growth and revenue will follow naturally. That is why we focus on data quality, user trust, and platform reliability above all else.
