Working Principle Coalescence separator is equipped with two different functions of the filters inside - separation filter and coalescence filter. the medium for dehydration go through the import of coalescence separator into the filter shell, and the filter tray distribute it to of each coalescence filter, liquid flows from inside to outside of coalescence filter, after filtration, emulsion breaking, coalescence, and sedimentation four process, the liquid demulsify the emulsion, and then after demulsification the droplet water form the large big one and subside at the bottom of the shell. Part of the droplet water with the liquid flow into separation filter, the filter is made up of a special filter material with good water-repellent performance, small drops were completely and effectively blocked outside of the filter, and form bog drops again to subside, so as to ensure effective removal of water. The water subside at the bottom of the shell can be shown by the lever meter, so that the water and dirt can be removed out by the drainage valve from time to time.
