Unique Channel (UC) is wholesale and trading company, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. UC is an exporter of Chicken feet to worldwide. Unique Channel (UC) Specification: Grade A. Chicken Feet weight: Average 25g. Feet shall be examined by a veterinary inspector. Feet shall be clean, free from physical contaminants and ammonia burn (foot pad disease). Feet with direct broken are not included. It shall be free from foul odors or deterioration symptoms. It shall be free from hormones, antibiotics, preservatives, coloring materials, flavoring, and tenderizing agents and color bleaching agents. Feet fit for consumption shall be removed immediately after slaughter and it is prepared and thoroughly washed and chilled by cold water. Chicken feet processed, clean, chilled in chilled water, classified after chilling and again chilled in air cooling system. After cooling, feet are reclassified and weighed. After packing, feet are blast freeze.
