SG180 series of large CNC metal wire mesh weaving machine is suitable for weaving heavier metal mesh fabric. It adopts flexible rapier linear weft insertion .There are two kinds of beating up forms :single beat /pick and double beat/pick and two kinds of shedding opening structures which can be selected: tappet hanging/harness heald and servo dobby. It is with the character: Mesh winding and let -off automatic numerical control and automatic adjust mesh tension. It can weave metal wire mesh ,like stainless steel, iron, copper, aluminum,alloy, polyester and other non metal wire mesh . Weaving width: 1300mm,1600mm, 2000mm, 2500mm, 3000mm, 3500mm, 4000mm Wire diameter range: 0.2-1.0mm or 1.0-2.1mm (optional) Weaving density: plain weave square hole 6-60 or 2-40 mesh / inch, twill weave 260 mesh / inch. Speed: 35-50 turns/minute, frequency stepless speed regulation, the actual speed depends on the weaving width and detailed specifications. Heald frame and form: two kinds of structures are optional -Tappet hanging/harness heald and servo dobby and 2-8 pieces of aluminum alloy heald frame or steel heald frame (optional) Basic tension: 60000 N/m.
