Your Business Protection is Our Priority
International trade involves real money, real relationships, and real risk. EximNext is built from the ground up to protect your business with verified government data, intelligent trust scoring, enterprise-grade security, and comprehensive buyer protection measures.
Every safety measure described on this page is active and operational. We do not list aspirational features — only what is currently protecting our users.
Why Trust Matters More Than Anything in International Trade
In domestic trade, you can visit a supplier, inspect their factory, and verify their credentials in person. International trade removes that option. When an importer in Dubai is evaluating a supplier in Surat, or a buyer in Sydney is considering a manufacturer in Rajkot, the physical distance creates an information gap that bad actors can exploit.
Traditional B2B platforms attempt to bridge this gap with self-reported information — suppliers describe themselves, upload their own photos, and declare their own capabilities. The problem is obvious: anyone can claim to be a large, reliable exporter. Without independent verification, buyers have no way to distinguish genuine businesses from fraudulent ones.
EximNext was designed to solve this problem.Instead of relying on what suppliers say about themselves, we build every supplier profile from independently verified government customs records. The Trust Score system then provides buyers with a transparent, data-backed assessment of each supplier's reliability. This is not a badge you can buy or a certification you can purchase — it is earned through verified, real-world trade activity.
The Trust Score System (0–1000) — Explained in Detail
Every supplier on EximNext is scored from 0 to 1000 across five independently verified trust dimensions. This score is publicly visible on every supplier profile and directly influences search ranking — ensuring the most reliable suppliers appear first.
This is the most heavily weighted dimension because real trade activity is the strongest indicator of a legitimate, active business. We verify customs shipments, export volume, shipping regularity, and trade consistency using official Indian Customs records. A supplier with frequent, regular shipments over multiple quarters scores significantly higher than one with sporadic or unverifiable activity.
Every legitimate Indian exporter must have GST registration and an IEC (Import Export Code) from DGFT. We verify these against official government databases — MCA portal for company registration, GST portal for tax compliance, and DGFT registry for trade licensing. Suppliers with all registrations verified and active receive the highest scores in this dimension.
Consistency measures how reliable and stable a business is over time. We analyse shipping frequency patterns, product range stability, market diversification, and business continuity indicators. A company that ships regularly to multiple markets across different quarters demonstrates operational maturity that buyers can depend on for long-term business relationships.
Platform engagement measures how actively a supplier participates on EximNext — response rate to buyer inquiries, time to first response, profile completeness, catalog maintenance, and overall platform activity. Responsive suppliers who maintain complete, up-to-date profiles score higher, as they demonstrate commitment to serving buyers professionally.
Content quality evaluates the completeness and accuracy of a supplier's catalog — product descriptions, images, specifications, packaging details, and certifications. Suppliers who invest in comprehensive, accurate product information make it easier for buyers to make informed decisions, which indicates a professional, buyer-oriented business.
Trust Tiers — What Each Level Means for Buyers
Suppliers are automatically classified into tiers based on their Trust Score. Each tier carries specific recommendations for buyers regarding the level of due diligence recommended.
Verified Elite850–1000Top 5% The highest verification level on EximNext. These suppliers have extensive, verified trade histories spanning multiple years, perfect compliance records, all government registrations confirmed, regular shipping patterns, and exemplary platform engagement. Fewer than 5% of suppliers achieve this tier. Buyers can place orders with the highest confidence.
Suppliers with strong, verified trade records and confirmed business credentials. They have regular shipment activity, active government registrations, and good platform engagement. This tier represents established businesses with proven reliability. Approximately 20% of verified suppliers fall in this range.
Established450–649Growing Active traders with a growing verification status. These suppliers have confirmed trade activity and basic business registrations, but may have limited shipment history or lower platform engagement. They represent solid businesses that are building their verified track record.
Recently added to the platform with limited but genuine trade activity. These suppliers have some verified customs data but are still building their comprehensive profile. We recommend additional due diligence for first-time transactions with New-tier suppliers.
Insufficient data for meaningful verification. These profiles have minimal or no confirmed customs shipment records. They receive the lowest visibility on the platform. We strongly recommend thorough independent verification before engaging with Unverified suppliers.
How the Trust Score System Protects Buyers
Suppliers cannot buy, influence, or artificially inflate their Trust Score — it is calculated entirely from verified data Scores are updated automatically as new customs shipment records become available Higher-scored suppliers appear first in search results, rewarding genuine businesses Low-scored or unverified suppliers receive prominent warnings and reduced visibility Buyers can filter search results by minimum Trust Score to see only verified suppliers Score history is tracked — sudden drops may indicate issues that buyers should investigate The scoring algorithm is continuously refined to prevent gaming and ensure accuracy Platform Security & Data Protection
