The 60plus generation is the focus of two days of the successful "InVita" consumer fair, which takes place as part of the "HanseLife". Here, interested parties can learn how to enjoy the second half of their lives in a pleasurable and self-determined way and which tips are needed to eat a healthy and balanced diet. A special topic of the fair deals with the topic "Diet and exercise for a healthy life in old age". Exhibitors inform decision-making and affluent visitors about services and products related to travel and sports, culture and education, health and wellness, barrier-free living, care and maintenance as well as finance and provision. The offer is rounded off by a supporting program with music, dance and lectures. Seniors and relatives can try out sports, first aid and memory training on the active stage, play bridges or listen to lectures on living wills, organ donation and many other exciting topics.
