Buyer uses US, Western Europe or Hong Kong Prime Banks for confirmation. 8.Seller sends site visit invitation. 9.Upon receiving the agreed SBLC, seller activates 2 % Performance Bond. 10.Seller checks quantity and quality with SGS at loading port. 11.At the buyer's request, the seller will allow the buyer or his representative to be present at loading port. 12.Seller begins shipments.
