Philophos

We are a startup company founded in March 2018. We pursue the commercialization of various innovative optical technologies. Currently, we are working on cost-effective and portable optical coherence tomography (OCT) devices. We began with the development of core components, such as the spectrometer and light source driver, to make them fit into the ideal system shape. We created a non-medical, mobile, wireless OCT system for the first time. We launched a portable and cost-effective OCT device for retina imaging. This device will allow more patients to benefit from this technology through point-of-care diagnostics and tele-ophthalmology.
